responsibilities for this administrative assistant job include:

 

  • create correspondences, communicate via email and phone with clients and customers, outbound calls included
  • issue sales orders and purchase orders thru sage software
  • create and mail out letters to and create reports; create excel spreadsheets    
  • answer phone calls    
  • inventory control duties
  • other related duties as  
  •  

    qualifications:

  • proficient with typing, word, and excel      
  • project coordinator experience preferred
  • bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • must have excellent communication skills    
  •  

     

    the schedule is flexible; 4 -8 hours a day between 8am-5pm.   pay is $18/hr
