Engineering machinist/ fitter - united kingdom, bradford, west yorkshire
engineering technician to support research projects currently running at bradford university’s advanced materials engineering research centre.
this role would suit a tool-room fitter/machinist or process setter/operator
the requirements are -
significant “hands-on” ability within an engineering/manufacturing environment or a plastics extrusion/injection moulding environment.
relevant skills can include one or any of the following,
precision machining, electronic/electrical skills maintenance engineering plastics manufacturing
a positive attitude and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
a good understanding of computer systems (microsoft office or equivalent).
apprentice trained in an engineering related discipline.
full support where needed will be given to the right candidate and the opportunity to expand your skills will be provided with dedicated training.
