as curriculum manager, you'll have a working knowledge and interest in adult learning. you will need to make a real difference to our learners in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.

as an exceptional manager, you will work with other members of the management team as well as senior leaders to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality provision. you will also offer support and guidance to your team of curriculum designers and e-learning developers.

as a learner-centred service we work collaboratively across the organisation and with industry leaders to provide high-quality, responsive, and accessible face-to-face and online learning opportunities within the health, fitness, and nutrition sectors.

as curriculum manager, you will develop a thorough understanding of the wants and needs of both our learners and the industry generally. once you have this information under your belt, you will create business cases and recommend learning propositions.

you will also develop learning with up-to-date industry content that is structured to empower our learners. this will involve embracing digital and blended learning to improve the learner experience.
