we are looking to recruit an experienced chef de partie to work within this lovely kitchen team at a busy city centre hotel.as chef de partie you will be an integral part of the kitchen team supporting the sous and head chef ensuring that the level and quality of food sent out is always of the highest standards

the place

a boutique hotel town house hotel with 98 bedrooms. the hotel is set in the heart of bath. it has a busy restaurant and lounge bar as well as ample conference space.

the ideal chef de partie will have experience of the following:
