Carer, helper, housekeeper to help 4o yr old mother of 2. - united kingdom, cupar, fife
enthusiastic and able self employed carer required in the cupar area to help 40 year old mother of 2 with various tasks including but not limited to: shower in the morning, stretching exercises, fitting splints to feet, help making lunch, some general cleaning, ironing and tidying (10yr old and 7yr old!) and help with the toilet and getting dressed or undressed and into bed. experience is not essential but the applicant must be caring and enthusiastic.
louise had a brain stem stroke 7 years ago and is at home managing her own rehabilitation. she is unable to talk properly and works really hard during the day to regain function back in her body. husband works 3/4 time and manages the children mostly.
applicants must be able to use a stand aid to help louise stand (or be willing to learn) and should have a "can do attitude". there is no lifting involved.
pay: £11.00 per hour. we can be flexible with days and times to a certain extent. total hours available 25 hrs per week depending on applicant. would suit one person or 2 more part time. also holiday cover for other carers as overtime. holiday pay included. sick pay included.
