adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an administrative support specialist opportunity. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract 

location:  onsite position greenville, sc

pay: $22.52

length: 4+ months
shift/hours:  monday- friday 8am-5pm

 

responsibilities for the administrative support specialist:

mortgage experience a must (5 years at least).

knowledge of msp systems, able to read plat, familiar with freddie/fannie, fha and va guideline

appraisal request and invoicing. ability to handle routine situations with minimal direction regarding tasks to be performed

daily mail intake, scanning mail

ability to work under deadline pressure, ability to work independently

 

qualifications for this administrative support specialist job:

5+ years’ experience seasoned knowledge of freddie/fannie, fha, and va guidelines.

professional and be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; and able to lift 30 pounds boxes

must be able to work in the office

multi-task oriented in a high-volume environment, excellent organizational, writing, and client communication skills, and detail oriented.
