adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an administrative support specialist opportunity. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract 

location:  onsite position greenville, sc

pay: $22.52

length: 4+ months
shift/hours:  monday- friday 8am-5pm

 

responsibilities for the administrative support specialist:

  • mortgage experience a must (5 years at least).
  • knowledge of msp systems, able to read plat, familiar with freddie/fannie, fha and va guideline
  • appraisal request and invoicing. ability to handle routine situations with minimal direction regarding tasks to be performed
  • daily mail intake, scanning mail
  • ability to work under deadline pressure, ability to work independently
  •  

    qualifications for this administrative support specialist job:

  • 5+ years’ experience seasoned knowledge of freddie/fannie, fha, and va guidelines.
  • professional and be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; and able to lift 30 pounds boxes
  • must be able to work in the office
  • multi-task oriented in a high-volume environment, excellent organizational, writing, and client communication skills, and detail oriented.
