adecco is currently hiring for a local client in san francisco for an administrative assistant. they are looking for someone to perform the unit's own administrative tasks, in accordance with the established economic-administrative procedures and through the support of computer systems and office automation tools.

responsibilities for an administrative assistant include but are not limited to:

  • admin task, such as accounting, issuing/receiving delivery notes and invoices, cash, payment orders, budgets, etc.
  • follow all procedures of the organization
  • update computer applications and process documents
  • answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
  • other tasks assigned by management
  • candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the material handler position:

  • 1-2 years of administrative exp
  • accounting knowledge
  • good phone etiquette
  • bilingual spanish is a plus
  • microsoft suite
