Live-out gardener - united kingdom, west malling, kent
a delightful opportunity for a live-out gardener to work at a 10-acre residence in west malling, kent, which is currently undergoing extensive renovations.
the gardener will work with the principals in the planning and organisation of clearing and managing the grounds.
duties include, but not limited to:
clearing and cutting back brambles, laurels etc
landscaping
using garden equipment and machinery, and maintaining
maintenance of grounds
clearing of boundaries
diy/handyman duties
overseeing and managing contractors
look after the surrounding woodlands and control borders with tree fall etc
gutter maintenance
planting new shrubs and flowers
lawn mowing
candidate requirements:
experience with physical work
self-motivated, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
use initiative as to what tasks need completing
trustworthy & reliable
valid driving licence required
location: west malling, kent
contract length: permanent/temp
start date: asap
working days/hours: flexible
salary: circa £28,000 doe based on full-time hours
