senior culinary director must show a passion for food and a desire to contribute to an excellent guest experience. the director will have strong and fair managerial skills used to aid in the smooth operation of a multi-unit, multi-concept group. will be managing and responsible for culinary director, and will have all ecs and gms reporting to you.

qualifications:

3 years of experience demonstrating leadership in an upscale multi-unit, culinary leadership role, with a minimum of 3 locations

restaurant365 is a plus

strong tenure with well-established concepts

very strong in managing daily operations and communication within all departments/concepts

willing to work side by side with your team

high level of professionalism and integrity

experience with brand building using existing systems and understanding of the market

responsibilities:

upholding established standards in food quality and execution

train, coach, and hold staff accountable

works well with establishing and maintaining sops

overseeing full culinary operations of multiple concepts

accountability of p&l, menu costing, and labor control
