we require early years teachers to join our fabulous, dynamic, creative client school. we are looking for drive, enthusiasm and potential to join our friendly, positive and professional school. the successful candidate will be required to teach pupils aged between 4 and 6 with additional needs. each class delivers a curriculum that is tailored to the needs of each pupil.

this is a successful outward looking and expanding special school based over 3 sites in and around maidstone, kent. we are one of the largest special schools in the country with over 700 pupils on roll aged 2-19 years with profound, severe, and complex needs.

our 'outstanding' school will continue to expand and we are looking for people with a positive approach to join us who share our vision of 'only the best will do' for all our students and staff. we are a teaching school and part of a collaborative alliance with other special schools. we have been awarded 'investors in people - gold award' standard, the first school the assessor has awarded this standard at first application in 20 years. this demonstrates we really value our people and want to work with them to fulfil their career ambitions.

the successful candidates will either be experienced and successful sen teachers who enjoy team working and taking responsibility, nqt's who can demonstrate they are going to add to the school or mainstream teachers who have a desire and passion to move to special needs teaching. we have a history of successful development of all 3 categories. you will benefit from opportunities for further professional development and career progression as we value and support staff in all aspects of school life.
