responsibilities for this position include:
participates in projects for biomarker/ivd assay development in various disease areas
analyzes data, keeps accurate notebooks/records of experiments, write technical reports and follow sops
assists with the establishment of protocols and procedures
executes the evaluation and qualification of materials following established protocols and procedures
executes assay verification and validation with the team
assists with identifying needs and sourcing of materials, samples, and other critical materials, as well as supplies
ensures quality in work, such as raw data records being accurate, complete, and in appropriate order, and meeting protocol and sop specifications and glp requirements
executes other assignments by upper management as needed
required education/experience:
bs/ms in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, chemistry, or another science/engineering field.
1-3 years of related industry experience in elsia, ivd immunodiagnostics product development, and other applicable methods to testing raw materials and reagents.
familiar with automated instruments
experience with antibody, antigen, microparticle, and reagents
assay verification and validation
protein purification and conjugation
