must have your own computer, usb headset, high speed internet and windows 10 or higher.

home office / computer / internet requirements:

  • a private workspace or home office free from distraction.
  • access to laptop or desktop with microsoft windows 10 (or higher) operating with a minimum of 8gb of available disk space and at least 4 gb of ram.
  • processor (cpu): amd equivalent or intel (i5, i7) + stability/performance (i3, may work depending on the condition of pc).
  • no mac or chromebooks due to incompatibility issues.
  • anti-virus software (this is free and available on the internet)
  • reliable, high-speed internet (minimum 100mbps download and 10mbps upload speed), such as cable or fiber. (dsl and satellite are not supported
  • schedule - no times guaranteed, based on need.

    15 available: tue- sat 7am-3:30pm
    10 available: sun-thur 10:30am-7pm
    5 available: mon- fri 10:30am-7pm
    5 available: tue-sat 10:30am-7pm
