Immediately need for a well-experienced estimator for carpentry & fit-out - bahrain, salmabad

We are currently and immediately looking for 1 well-experienced estimator for carpentry/fit-out. (local hire only).

duties and responsibilities:
• complete interior works knowledge
• applicant must have the foundation knowledge in quantity surveying.
• responsible for estimation process of quantity of materials
• prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents.
• computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
• understanding drawings and technical issues


you must have the following skills, personal qualities, and experience:

• at least have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
• ability to work individually and as part of a team
• ability to manage and hit the deadlines
• must exhibit exceptional attention to detail and professional commitment to completing all tasks assigned
•knows english, hindi, urdu languages
•immediately available
