to succeed as installs manager you will have already have a strong track record in customer service and know how to handle people at all levels in business. your flexible, collaborative style will stand you out from the crowd as you search for innovative solutions to challenges. you will be accountable to the operations director for a broad range of activities including: managing the flow, assembly and implementation of new orders with a first time fix capability; planning and managing complex projects including liaison with customers, suppliers and staff; and being focused on increasing productivity rates throughout all operational activities. you will champion all processes and work flow and will readily identify new opportunities for continuous improvement. a strong horticultural background will be an advantage for this position.
