wednesday & thursday 0430-1400 - £12.24
friday 0400-1400 - £12.65
tuesday 0300 - 0915 - £12.65
saturday 0400 - 1400 £12.65
thursday & friday 1630-0430 - £14.38
saturday 1530-0330 - £13.16

gi group are currently recruiting on behalf of our long term client based centrally to warrington.
our client is looking for hard working and reliable candidates to join their growing team. previous warehouse experience is not essential however, it would be beneficial if the candidate has worked in a fast paced or manual job previously. full training will be provided for candidates that show the right attitude towards their work. flexibility to work on various shifts would be advantageous. attention to detail is a key component for this role. previous quality experience would be advantageous.
about the role
you will cover various indoor roles in a warehouse environment. you could be unloading mail from vans, moving it around in trolleys, sorting parcels and letters manually or operating machinery. it is a fast-paced environment and you'll be working to efficient methods to meet the business performance targets
warehouse operative duties will include:
parcel sorting
picking/packing
labelling
quality control
operating machinery
adhering to all health and safety on site
about you
upbeat and self-motivated, you'll be as happy working alone as you will be working as part of a team. you will be hard working and can work under pressure and be flexible. this is physically demanding; you will need to be able to carry bags of up to 11kg and push trolleys up to 250kg (you'll be given all the right training you need to do this safely).
