enthusiastic support workers required for our client, who is a gentleman with a complex brain injury living within the bromley/croydon area.

due to an increase in clients care needs, support workers are required on a full-time and part-time basis to provide 2:1 care within the family home.
day shifts, waking night shifts and bank shifts are all available.
our client seeks support workers who are well organised with a positive attitude, quick learners, flexible and are able to respond to emergencies.
if you have experience in care, we’d love to hear from you. equally, if you have a genuine caring nature and are seeking a change to a career in care, we provide full training along with a supportive and friendly team.
this is 2:1 care working in the family home.
our client enjoys going out daily with his support workers, spending time with his family and short breaks away
initial rates of pay: £12.00 to £14.00 per hour whilst client specific specialised training and induction is completed which we arrange in house as quickly as possible.
rates increased to: £14.00 weekdays, £16.00 weekends per hour once induction is completed. all training is paid for.
an nvq level 2 in health and social care or equivalent is desirable. otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake care certificate and induction training.
all posts are subject to enhanced dbs disclosure with adult workforce barring. a full driving licence is essential.
