our clients are producing very modern british cuisine, celebrating a 2 aa rosette restaurant. their restaurant offers a superb a la carte dinner menu and 7 course tasting menu.

the team are pushing for more accolades.

the food is very much at the heart of the business and as such, prides itself on using fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers.

role

the successful candidate should have 2 aa rosette experience minimum, at a chef de partie level. they would be overseeing all day to day running of their section and must be capable of working with an established team of approximately 9 chefs whilst reporting directly to the head chef.
