adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in san fernando looking for an experienced quality assurance inspector, experience in an aerospace environment is a must! this is a project for 1 week.  please review the details below and if you meet the qualifications listed, please apply now!

responsibilities for this quality assurance inspector position include, but are not limited to:

experience with aerospace parts/equipment is a must!

read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for

the product and associated materials and supplies.

approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards

inspects and approves incoming materials, parts, and supplies by confirming

specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.

rejects and returning unacceptable materials, parts, and supplies in

accordance with published inspection specifications.

inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting

visual and measurement tests, and communicates required adjustments to

production supervisor.

approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual

and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming rework.

to be considered for this quality assurance inspector position, you should:

familiar with iso9001, as9100 and nadcap requirements.

blueprint reading.

competent written and verbal communication skills.

basic math skills.

basic computer skills, including microsoft excel and word.

comprehensive analytic skills.

comprehensive documentation and reporting skills.

detail oriented and methodical.

ability to operate standard mechanical measuring equipment, such as a

scale, micrometer, calipers, optical comparator and cmm.

comprehensive geometric dimensioning and tolerance knowledge.
