Customer service representative - united states, miami beach

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a customer service representative position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  asap

location:  miami, fl (local candidates only)

pay: $15.00/hr

length: twelve (12) months with possibility of extension

shift:  office is open 8:00a-9:00p m-f, 10:00a-6:30p sat/sun, 365 days/year - schedules will be determined during training

 

note:  this is an onsite position. no other options are available.

 

responsibilities for this customer service representative position are but are not limited to:   

 

acting as the customer’s primary point of contact, you will:

  • receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
  • listen, solve problems, answer questions and work with them to find a resolution
  • use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
