my client, based in marlow, is looking for a customer service representative to join their busy team!
they are a global company delivering their products worldwide, your role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service to their customers.
duties include:-
order processingchecking if products are availablechecking sale pricescheck and dispatch order confirmationscreate order related documentssending samplesnotifying customers of delivery dates plus and delays that may be expectedforecasting and stock managementreporting from sapcomplaint managementorganising returning of goodsissuing credit notesany other ad hoc admin tasks essential criteria:-
excellent communication both written and verbalgood microsoft office software knowledge (excel, word, outlook, etc)sap condor experiencekeen to learn with a can-do-attitudewell organised and can prioritise effectively benefits:-
