internal sales position mainly selling a range of manufactured fixings to end users and the tradeyou will also be supplying industries such as railway, shop fitters and renewable energyworking closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service is providedanswering calls, dealing with and processing ordersproducing quotationsliaising with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure all deliveries are met on timeupdating the charisma computer system with all correct informationbuilding and maintaining relationships with customersupdating customers in regards to their orders and monitoring their usageproviding solutions to customers queries and raising the purchase orderinitially you will be given your own accounts alongside some existing accounts the ideal applicant will be internal sales representative - fixings with:
