Forklift driver and loader - united kingdom, goole, east yorkshire
firstly, we do really need a current fork lift licence for this role please - we are sorry we can't consider you without one.
then what is mostly required is a positive attitude to work and a willingness to learn comes first for us (although any relevant work experience you bring is a plus of course). we are busy, and getting busier, in our modern production facility, supplying key materials to uk industry, so we need an additional loader/flt driver to join our friendly and collaborative team.
details:
- monday - friday, initially 9-5. cover other shifts as required.
- £10.25/hour starting rate.
- our work usually involves unloading/receiving incoming goods (raw material & palletised consumables); loading finished goods onto trailers, artics; and removing finished goods into warehouse.
- anyone showing aptitude has the opportunity to be put on a more thorough training programme for our other lines (such as cutting and moulding.)
- oh, and don't forget we have a nicely refurbished canteen area with a big screen in it!
