Warehouse operative - united kingdom, grays, essex

london city bond ltd is looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join us as a warehouse operative at our bonded warehouse located at west thurrock.

the working patterns are:

day shift: monday to friday, 08.00am - 17.00pm - £11 per hour

mid shift: monday to friday, 13.00pm - 22.00pm - £13 per hour

night shift: sunday to thursday, 22.00pm - 07.00am - £13 per hour

this warehouse operative role offers 40 hours per week, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. overtime flat rate is £16.50 per hour, over 40 hours a week.

if you work the morning shift (07:00-16:00 - £11 p/h) and work five hours overtime per week you could earn £27,000 per annum, if you work ten hours per week you could earn £31,000 per annum.

if you work the mid shift (13:00 - 22:00 - £13 p/h) or night shift (22:00 - 07:00 - £13.00 p/h) and work five hours overtime per week you could earn £31,000 per annum, if you work ten hours overtime per week you could earn £35,500 per annum.

duties will include but are not limited to:

accurate picking and packing to meet deadlineswrapping pallets of stockloading and unloading of vehicleslabelling bottles and casesreceiving goods inwards, and checking product lines and quantitiestake instruction from a team leader/supervisorworking to our health and safety standardsthis warehouse operative role would suit candidates with skills or experience in the following areas: warehouse operative, warehousing, picker, packer, goods-in, loading, unloading.
