we are recruiting for a maintenance manager to join our team to ensure all production machinery, office spaces, and general company grounds are maintained to a high standard.

our maintenance department is a vital part of the business. you will be coordinating repair and upgrade works, as well as maintaining all external vendor/supplier contracts including being responsible for ensuring all compliance and legal documentation relating to our fleet of vehicles is up-to-date and managed efficiently.

responsibilities of the maintenance manager:

daily management of maintenance operatives to ensure work is completed to the highest standardliaising between internal departments to ensure works are carried out within a suitable timescalecreating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team membersconducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance worksupervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practicesscheduling contractors for major repairs as requireddiscussing maintenance concerns with the employer and communicating these to maintenance workersdeveloping maintenance budgets and negotiating vendor contractscoordinating work performed by outside vendorsplan and manage all repair and installation activitiesmaintain and check tracker for speeding/inappropriate drivingreport any inappropriate vehicle usage to managementschedule routine maintenance, including but not limited to services and motsschedule reactive maintenancecomplete accident investigationsensure all vehicle-related invoicing is completedmaintain fleet insurance database (mid)sourcing, purchasing, and disposal of vehiclestrack vehicle and fuel budgets and the submission of cost analysis to managementmaintaining compliance to ensure personal data is securedaily and weekly smartcheck reporttaco graph completionwe welcome applications for this maintenance and fleet manager role from candidates with experience in the following areas: maintenance, people management, compliance, maintenance manager, park homes, fault finding, remedial works, repairs, pc literate, customer service, multi-skilled, modifications, communication, kpis, property maintenance.
