salary from £40,000 + bonus + benefits

our client is a large domiciliary care provider who has a requirement for a registered care manager for their premium quality (largely self-funding) home and live-in care business. they are based in north hampshire and due to the upcoming relocation of their current care manager is entering the recruitment market for the first time in 10 years to look for a replacement.

this is not a 9:00 to 5:00 role (in fact office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm); this is not a ‘bums on seats’ role where anyone will do. a great registered manager is hard to find…and we are looking for great registered manager. we need someone who is excited about the prospect of turning something good into something outstanding. if you are passionate about people, leading them, supporting them and coaching them, if you are detail orientated and like putting things into your own order, if you are competitive about building their business and being part of a flagship franchise, if you are customer service driven, innovative and love a challenge, then maybe it’s time to change the company you keep.

you will play a key role in the continuation of their services and be responsible for its day-to-day management and future development. you will implement new systems and ways of working, maintain a workforce, and map out local business opportunities along with the co-ordination of assessments, care planning and care delivery.

are you someone who will be committed to making this service work well for customers whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and financial viability. you should therefore have experience in social care business management and planning along with an understanding of regulatory best practice.

you might have experience in: health and social care, care manager, extra-care, domiciliary care, registered care manager, dementia care, cqc, managing people, domiciliary services, management, and dementia services.
