we are currently looking to recruit an experienced sous chef to join the head chef and team at this lovely owner operated gastro pub on the outskirts of woking.
as sous chef, your role will be to support the head chef in the running of this busy pub, ensuring food standards are maintained and the service is always seamless. you will be an integral part of the operation in this award-winning pub group.

our client is a charming neighbourhood pub in a village on the outskirts of woking with a frequently changing menu, offering excellent, classic british dishes with a seasonal theme. the pub is part of an independently owned award-winning pub group.

as sous chef you can look forward to the following:
salary up to £38,000 dependent on experience 48 hr week over 5 days with some double and single shiftsinput into seasonal menu and specialsdealing directly with local suppliersongoing development opportunities in a growing group the person
the successful sous chef will have the following:
