experience at a similar level in a fresh food environment, ideally a similar style of gastro pub, cooking with local fresh produce.ability to run a neat, efficient and organised section.experience in monitoring stock rotation.the ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate well in a busy and fast paced environment.flexibility to cover shifts as requiredyour own reliable transport to a village on the outskirts of woking is essential.this is a great opportunity for an experienced chef de partie to join a lovely independent fresh food pub!
