we are currently looking for a sommelier to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience.

our client is a stunning michelin star, 4 aa rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the surrey hills in dorking. having been named the 2019 aa restaurant of the year, the restaurant is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.

the sommelier will have:
experience as a sommelier in a michelin/multi rosette fine-dining venueideally having level 2 wset or a similar qualification with the court of master sommeliersthe desire and motivation to work in a michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environmentgreat communication skillsimpeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding servicelive locally or have their own reliable transport to dorking - public transport is not an option for this rolethis is a fantastic opportunity for a sommelier to join an award winning restaurant!
