we are looking for a dynamic reception supervisor for a busy hotel. reporting to the front office manager, you will be responsible for reception, training of the team, implementing sop's, undertaking rooms inspections to ensure standards are being adhered to, and undertaking duty management shifts you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service standards and service levels
