the vetting administrator works as part of the bae vetting team, this teams purpose is to implement and sustain a high quality, cost effective employee vetting service to all of the business units who request the service of the bae contract.

although demanding, this role will allow you to manage your own caseload and demonstrate your exemplary organisation skills and customer service skills engaging with external and internal customers, candidates and new employees.

essential skillsto work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both verbally and in written language. you should have excellent organisation and administrative skills, be able to work on your own initiative to strict deadlines.

four gcse qualifications including english, grades a - c (or an equivalent qualification)

current vetting experience

you should be of smart appearance and able to work with confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in this highly sensitive area,
