responsibilities for a cnc grinder i position include but are not limited to:

setup and operate cnc tool grinder.

perform grinding tasks as trained and to print specifications.

observing operation of machine and verifying conformance of tools to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as gages, calipers, and micrometers, comparator, tool makers.

maintain a safe work environment throughout the grinding area.

maintain inventories of critical grinding supplies, including but not limited to carbide, wheels, and coolants.

keep equipment clean and in good working order. notifying maintenance when and if necessary.

may deliver tooling, gauges, or other equipment to work centers.

perform other duties as assigned.

2nd shift: monday-thursday: 3:30 pm -1:30 am

qualifications:

must be willing to learn.

must have 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

accurate, detailed oriented and quality conscious.

must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

must have 20/20 correctable vision.

must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate effectively.
