  • type: fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • length: 6 months; possible extension/conversion
  • pay: $27.60 hourly
  • shift/hours: mon-fri 9-5
  • this is an hybrid position in newark, nj
  • responsibilities include:

  • proactively communicates status of orders throughout the supply chain
  • responsible for providing xcs as defined by the customer and measured by the customer
  • communicate customer requirements to both domestic and overseas factories
  • manage order changes/cancellations/expedites with factory in accordance with policy
  • ma interface internally with cross-functional departments
  • maintain general product knowledge to support customer inquiries
  • prepare commercial invoices
  • process 3rd party warehouse transactions
  • requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-4 years customer service/ar invoicing experience required
  • strong project management skills
  • attention to customer needs
  • maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters
  • knowledge of crm, inforxa, and standard microsoft office programs
