envitech overview:
located in san diego, ca, produces air pollution control systems for particulate and gaseous emission collection based on wet scrubbing technology.  envitech systems are used for the treatment of chemical, industrial, medical, and pathological wastes.  system components—condensers, absorbers, quenchers, venturi scrubbers, and wet electrostatic precipitators—are also sold for non-apc applications.  all of our systems our designed in-house and then fabricated by a network of suppliers.  this project coordinator/administrator position will work with the project managers to support the administrative tasks of the project. this includes updating the project schedule with inputs from stakeholders; communicating with vendors to track the status of rfqs, orders, and fabrication; and writing and assembling submittals, purchase orders, manuals, quality documents, and training.

overall responsibilities:

responsible for coordinating and administering projects, including:

 

  • assist project managers to ensure project and engineering goals are met
  • vendor and subvendor communication and monitoring
  • project scheduling
  • documentation and manuals
  • qualifications:

  • aa or equivalent
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  •  

    special skills:
     

  • strong written english skills required
  • proficiency with microsoft project, microsoft office, adobe dc and quickbooks
  • excellent organizational and time management
