• computer literacy: excel, microsoft word, email, typing, 10 key, windows, microsoft project experience preferred, but not required

• knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and procedures
• understanding of business ethics
• ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written
• ability to maintain confidentiality
• ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• strong organization & time management skills
• high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• interest in learning other accounting skills
• ajera software experience preferred, but not required
other requirements
• must have own transportation
prior work experience
• 2 + years of experience as accounting assistant / accounting clerk in a project centered architecture or engineering firm
