Help needed in growing private practice mesa - united states, phoenix
Mesquite valley integrated health is a growing private practice in need of support.
we are looking for a medical assistant or cna who is interested in part-time work, 18-24 hours a week. weekly schedule can be negotiated to accommodate school or other commitments.
job duties:
greeting patients
obtaining accurate vital signs, height, and weight
performing urine drug screens and pregnancy tests
obtaining and uploading medical records, lab results, and other patient information into electronic health record
completing prior authorizations
fielding patient, physician, and pharmacy related phone calls
other duties as discussed
the ideal candidate should have:
current medical assistant or cna certification in arizona
cpr certification
the ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in english in writing and on the telephone. this person should be self motivated and be able to jump in where there is a need. they must also be compassionate, kind, patient, and have a passion for working with vulnerable populations.
