adecco staffing is hiring a diamond tool technician in milford, nh! 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm mon-thurs. $19-$22/hr.
the position requires basic lathe operation, soldering, sand blasting, and mixing and heating of cutting segments.
summary
formulates and prepares diamond segments for diamond coring and drilling equipment by performing the following duties.
essential duties and responsibilities
formulates diamond segments by packing graphite molds with already established methods.
assembles and prepares graphite molds.
fires graphite molds in industrial furnace with exposure to extreme temperatures.
sandblasts product to expose diamond segments.
deburrs segments by using a belt sander.
disassembles molds using a band saw.
maintains good housekeeping at work-station.
qualifications
to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
education and/or experience
high school diploma or general education degree (ged); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
