the opportunity:
are you an experienced manager looking for the chance to represent the environmental engineering & facilities function of mbda? you can become an influential part of the team which consistently achieves exciting delivery breakthroughs.
in this role, you will own the development and performance of our mechanical and climatic projects team across a number of critical mbda projects. you will bring your project management, people management, technical skills and ability to encourage people within the team, wider department, function and external partners to meet business delivery across multiple projects.
technically, you will be able to uphold environmental engineering standards both within the function and across the business; provide project management to ensure delivery to time, budget and quality; focus on continuous improvement and use your knowledge of test strategy, application methods, proving plans and defence standards.
our team is collaborative and industry-leading. you will have a high degree of interaction with partners across functions, projects and other countries within mbda and you will gain the satisfaction of solving problems, leading and developing your team and delivering projects
