we have a rare opportunity for a correspondence coordinator join our dental correspondence team, full time (monday-friday office hours), on a 6-month basis. you ll work within our denplan division. denplan is the uk's leading dental payment plan provider, designed to make looking after dental health easy and affordable. you'll be working with the friendly team to manage all dental mailings that are sent on behalf of our dental practice members to their patients. you'll oversee a caseload of mailings all at different stages of their journey, some large, some small and everything in between! mailings can go to up to 10,000 patients; and are varied in scope, from growth mailings; to fee changes; to communications about practice it systems. our team s copywriter will create the bespoke copy for the mailings; but you ll be responsible for its accurate distribution. this role will suit someone who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role, combining written correspondence administration, as well as regular phone and virtual calls where you ll communicate with dental practices and other stakeholders. during your time in the role, you ll develop confidence in delivering correspondence; build good professional relationships with our dental practices; and learn a huge amount about denplan. please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new smart working approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role. to be considered for this vacancy you'll be able to show us: strong written communication skills articulacy and confidence in verbal communications - over the phone and on video calls excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy when reading copy previous experience in a customer-focused role evidenced experience of working at high pace, to tight deadlines it skills with microsoft office and outlook, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly ideally, previous experience in administration, working with financial information in return: as well as a competitive basic salary of gbp22,500 per annum, you ll receive: group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days a pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. if you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways a yearly company funded allowance of gbp600 that you can choose to use against great benefits such as shopping vouchers, fitness accessories and more 3 paid volunteering days per year a company paid health plan allowing you to access free healthcare appointments for dental, optical, physio and so much more
