Care assistant - united kingdom, port glasgow, inverclyde
i am currently looking to hire people to cover the following hours i have available.
these include:
2-3 evening shifts 4pm-10pm,
saturday 9am-2pm and 8pm-12pm
or
sunday 9am-2pm and 8pm-12pm
just now the hours are fixed but are subject to change particulary during school holiday times. i can be flexible with start and end times and the hours can be negotiated.
the post is working one to one with myself and supporting all aspects of my life. personal care is a major part of the post and i would need someone who is comfortable and confident in working intimintly with someone. there is also housework, cooking, escorting to medical appontments and assisting with social outings.
due to my medical needs smoking does have a massive impact on my breathing and this would be a contributing factor in deciding on a candidate. so please be honest if you are a smoker.
there may be times where you are asked to travel both within and outwith the uk so a passport and willingness to travel is important but not a nessesity.
