in2 consult - credit controller - 12 month ftc - high wycombe - gbp23,000 to gbp26,000 + bonus based on kpis + bonus annually - 3 days in the office, 2 days working remote - end to end credit control position. in2 consult are currently working with a global market leading business based in the high wycombe area, this position is looking for an experienced credit controller to join their busy finance department on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. the key duties involved for this position are as follows: building and sustaining strong relationships with our customers, sales teams and also with the other business operation departments within softcat chasing and collecting payment of invoices that are owed to softcat updating our internal systems, to make sure thorough notes are kept on all forms of communication relating to each customer monitoring and liaising with sales for potential problem accounts / overdue accounts have the ability to work on your own, to secure these payments by both telephone and email collection. work closely with credit assessment to report overdue / problem accounts work under direction of, and reporting to your team leader and the credit control manager key experience required for this credit controller 12 month ftc position minimum of 2 years credit control experience abiity to build positive relationships to ensure debt is collected immediate availability or up to 2 weeks notice to be able to start in2 consult - credit controller - 12 month ftc - high wycombe - gbp23,000 to gbp26,000 + bonus based on kpis - 3 days in the office, 2 days working remote - end to end credit control position
