to maintain the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform a huge array of other essential tasks.
• excellent in english communication skills.
• must be able to manage business communication through proper correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• must be presentable, very well groomed and have a pleasing personality.
• must have strong and excellent working knowledge of ms office tools, i.e. word, excel, power point and outlook.
• must have extensive knowledge in making enquiry, quotation, order and invoice.
• must show good working experienced in this field.
• self-driven and work dedicated.
• must be willing to learn and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• must have the ability to learn fast and follow instruction with minimal guidance of supervision.
• must be familiar and well experience in dictation.
