we are delighted to be working again with our client, a worldwide organisation have an opportunity for an administration coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. the administrator coordinator provide administrative support to their busy teams. benefits for the successful candidate of administrator coordinator include 25 days annual leave, flexible benefits, interest free loan for rail season ticket, employee assistance programme. salary starting from gbp21,000 to gbp23,000. key responsibilities of the administration coordinator: submissions - liaise and collaborate with business development with regard to teams bidding for submission, collating relevant experience, liaising with architects, design submission documents, implementing brand guidelines as appropriate support business development to organise events, seminars etc. creating powerpoint presentations and documentation for meetings, interviews, seminars etc. collaborating with archiving team to organise pre-archiving of closed and completed projects liaising and working with central business services teams within the office for; contracts, printing requirements, graphic support, l&d training etc. ensure that engineers complete their weekly timesheets carry out project office checks - highlighting areas of concern to project directors. maintain informed position on team diaries, taking messages and maintaining interfaces with external and internal contacts creating regular team presentations for office communications and team meetings arranging, attending and taking minutes including follow up action points for internal group and client meetings for the engineering teams. managing and coordinating business travel arrangements for the team working with the in-house travel team and external travel management company organising new starters: - inductions, equipment, new starter pack and be the welcome coordinator for 1st day arrangements experience & qualifications: excellent computer and it skills including word, excel, powerpoint, sharepoint, and teams experience of using spreadsheets & databases experience of setting up and maintaining administrative procedures experience of maintaining quality management systems good communication & organisation skills excellent attention to detail confident, proactive character, with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations and problem solve experience of supporting a team of people as well as working on a one to one basis along with the attractive salary and benefits package our client also supports hybrid working so that you can work from home 3 days a week with 2 days in the office. if you would like to apply for this role as an administration coordinator, please do send your updated cv through for consideration
