Lab logistics - united states, mason city

adecco is assisting a fortune 500 r&d corporation located in mason, ohio, in finding candidates who want to work within a r&d operation. be part of an active team that is responsible to maintaining research areas that play a vital role in maintaining production of r&d projects. this role has frequent walking and requires a strong customer service inclination. this is a long term, fulltime contractor role – no end date.  hours are mon-fri 8-5.

responsibilities for lab services jobs include but are not limited to:

material handling and delivery.

manages and restocks consumable raw materials and batch making tools/equipment in research lab areas.

may require some movement of raw materials which could include use of forklifts and pallet jacks – very minimal.

monitor expiry of high-use materials in lab spaces.

inventory management.

gmp lab cleaning and use of industrial parts washing equipment.

requirements:

 

associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

experience with microsoft applications including excel and word

experience with tablet usage

professional demeanor

customer service mindset
