we're looking for an ambitious, multi-disciplined marketing executive with a passion for both brand and marketing to join our collaborative agency. you'll play a critical role in the development of creative campaigns, creating marketing content for email, web, social, newsletters and digital marketing execution.

70% of the role will be client focused - you'll be working closely with the senior marketing manager to develop, implement and measure campaigns that drive real results for clients, spanning a range of industries in the uk & us. the other 30% of your time will be spent being a brand champion of our agency, continually looking for ways to drive us forward.

main responsibilities:

- manage content creation, scheduling and reporting for email, web, social & newsletters

- ability to capture behind the scenes content on photography & videography shoots

- online editing to create and publish video using apps/software

- writing copy for social posts, adverts and articles

- ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages

- using your creative flair to help make posts, adverts and campaigns stand out

- publishing and scheduling content using our social management program

- monitoring and engaging with social media audiences for comments, posts and messages

- attending client meetings to present results, updates & analytics

- event organisation and promotion

essential requirements:

- experience of social media & management programs (such as hootsuite)

- experienced in mailchimp (or similar)

- experience using canva (or similar)

- knowledge of social video editing apps

- strong listening skills with a keen eye for detail

- ability to innovate and think creatively, taking ownership of a project from start to finish

- very well organised and always 'one step ahead'

desirable:

- wordpress advantageous

- marketing/creative degree or equivalent

- at least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role

- previous experience in an agency environment

- basic photography/videography

- paid social media experience

- knowledge of b2b & b2c marketing

we can offer you:

- salary: £22,000-£24,000 doe

- hybrid working - minimum 3 days a week from our chelmsford office
