we are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic & driven restaurant manager to lead relevant training and guidance of all restaurant staff and motivate them to deliver the exceptional service to all guests.

the person

as the restaurant manager you will have the following:

strong operational record in hospitalityexperience within a similar role, at a similar style of propertyhave strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate peopleto be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achievedbe patient and comfortable working under pressureexcellent communication skills and be approachable excellent guest relations skillstalent for creating a positive team environment
