we are currently looking to recruit a passionate & enthusiastic pastry chef de partie to join a kitchen brigade at a luxury 4* hotel in hook. the successful pastry chef de partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail.

our client is a beautiful 4 red star hotel with 100+ bedrooms set in the heart of 66 acres of glorious park & boasts the longest uninterrupted view in hampshire. with a 2 rosette restaurant they are committed to delivering hospitality to the highest standard.

the person

as the pastry chef de partie you will have the following:

have experience as a pastry chef de partie in a similar style venuehigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including coshh and haccpbe able to drive or live locally have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail be driven and willing to mentor junior chefshave the confidence to create and be innovative
