a number of exciting opportunities have become available for multi-skilled operatives to join our in-house repairs team. the repairs team is responsible for responsive and planned repairs throughout the city.

applicants should be experienced in a repairs and maintenance environment and have multiskilling abilities; they must be committed to providing excellent customer service, hold the qualifications shown below and be able to demonstrate experience in these areas.

the response repairs officer will have the knowledge, skill and competence to undertake the multi trade tasks required such as carpentry, bricklaying, plastering and plumbing.

the successful candidates must:

hold an nvq level 2 (minimum) or city and guilds in either carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying or plasteringhave experience carrying out multi trade repairs in tenanted properties.have the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer focus especially within a repairs and maintenance service.be able to work within a successful team and have good communication skillshold a full clean manual uk driving licence
