Tyre fitter 4 on 4 off - united kingdom, grimsby, lincolnshire

gi group grimsby are currently looking for tyre fitters on behalf of a high end client located in north east lincolnshire.

this is a temporary to permanent role and the hours of work will be monday to friday on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 0600hrs - 1800hrs. the client will consider applications of those who are unable to commit to these working times.

a full uk driving licence would be beneficial for this role as you may be asked to move vehicles around the site.

duties will include;

- carrying out the regular checks on the tyres (tread depth, tyre condition and tyre pressure)

- removing and replacing faulty tyres

- completing all checks on the tyres, checking the balance, alignment and rotation

- completing all work to the company standard

skills and experience required for the role;

- previous experience in a similar role

- full uk driving licence

- a keen eye for detail

- must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player

- happy working in a fast paced environment

the pay rate for this role will be £13.00 per hour, potentially temp to perm after 12 weeks.
