$19.25 per hour – remote to nj or sc – may have to travel to office once per year.

 

 

responsible for reviewing reports of errors in credit card system and making necessary corrections. reviewing data for potential for root cause analysis.

compiles, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.

locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.

compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. maintain logs of activities and completed work.

 

 

must haves:

ability to work independently and manage ones time.

verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

previous experience with computer applications, such as microsoft word and excel

tech savvy - ability to pick up on internal systems and quick leaner

2+ years data entry or process analyst experience

nice to have: experience with fiserv vision plus; experience in credit card systems; credit bureau dispute experience
