an adecco client is looking for a motivated, collaborative and results-oriented contract recruiter to fill an hourly manufacturing role. this position will partner with the human resources and management teams to deliver high-caliber candidates for existing openings in both the milford, nh and waterbury, ct facilities. the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, ambitious individual who views human capital as the organizations most critical asset. utilize a metrics-driven approach to deliver a talent pipeline from a variety of recruiting sources (social media, traditional job boards, career fairs, college programs) while promoting the brand as an employer of choice. this position will be located onsite in milford, nh.
job description:
• engage with hr and plant management using a collaborative and consultative approach that builds credibility while establishing trust at all levels of the organization to create win/win solutions
• source and screen candidates, schedule interviews and provide follow-up during the process
• regularly assess the pulse of recruitment campaigns, pivoting approach as necessary to attract top candidates
• develop and provide weekly candidate metrics
• proactively engage the market to understand the competitive landscape, developing new strategies to promote our company brand and sourcing methodologies
• minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience in recruiting for manufacturing direct labor hires
• excellent written and spoken communication skills
• competencies include proactiveness, decisiveness, self-confident, self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and remain flexible to often shifting priorities
• an effective collaborator and relationship builder
